Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to commit a minimum of 24+ hours per week
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable communicating in person and online
- Ready to invest consistent time in learning and development
- Passionate about homeownership and real estate goals
- Located in and willing to become licensed in IN, KY, MI, TN, or FL
- Fluent in English
- Willing to study for and obtain NMLS license if not licensed
- Comfortable with self-generated prospecting

Job Duties
- Build and manage your own client pipeline through self-generation methods
- Communicate effectively with clients and real estate partners to close loans
- Utilize digital tools, CRM, and AI assistance to maximize efficiency
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and mentorship programs
- Develop and maintain strong referral networks with realtors and clients
- Analyze and match clients with appropriate loan programs
- Follow compliance guidelines and obtain necessary licensing
