Job Description

Approved Mortgage is a leading mortgage company headquartered in Indiana with over 30 years of proven success in helping individuals and families achieve homeownership and investment goals. With more than $7 billion in funded loans, Approved Mortgage has earned significant recognition including being named a Great Place to Work Certified USA in 2023, receiving top company culture awards, and holding an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The company takes pride in its high client and realtor satisfaction rate, the thousands of clients it has helped realize their dream homes, and its rapid growth as a dynamic mortgage lender. Approved Mortgage operates in several states including Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, and Florida, with aspirations to expand into additional markets. At its core, the company values its people as its greatest asset and fosters an environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

The role of Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) at Approved Mortgage, specifically for Michigan residents, offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated individuals both with and without previous mortgage experience. This position is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, and successful MLOs can earn upwards of $500,000 annually. Candidates must be willing to commit at least 24 hours per week, working either full-time or part-time remotely. This role is ideal for career changers seeking control over their income, new entrants eager to build a scalable income stream, or experienced loan officers looking to grow and lead within a supportive team.

Designed as a self-generation model, Approved Mortgage equips MLOs with comprehensive training, proprietary tools, and proven systems used by their top producers to develop and maintain their own pipeline. The company does not provide leads but offers exclusive access to a loan officer training platform, advanced digital tools including AI assistance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and access to a variety of loan programs such as FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and construction loans among others. The program includes daily live coaching, 1-on-1 mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement including leadership and team management roles.

Approved Mortgage stands apart through its genuine commitment to client success, team support, and the homeownership dreams of thousands. They foster a culture of people helping people, nurturing growth together, and offering a remote work environment that balances freedom with substantial company backing. In addition to competitive commissions, benefits for this role include professional tools and software, marketing and branding support, extensive training and development programs, productivity and support resources, and health and financial benefits contingent upon eligibility. This is an excellent career path for individuals ready to grow personally, professionally, and financially in a fast-growing and highly respected mortgage company.
