Job Description
Our client is a prestigious private banking institution known for delivering personalized financial services to high-net-worth clients. This company specializes in offering comprehensive banking solutions including private loans, portfolio management, and specialized mortgage products tailored for affluent clientele. The organization prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of client service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to ensure an exceptional banking experience. With a strong commitment to employee growth and workplace collaboration, this employer fosters a supportive and engaging professional environment shaped by expertise and integrity.
The opportunity available is for a seasoned professional responsible for preparing closing loan packages for private banking clients, specifically focusing on portfolio and non-conforming mortgage products. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in detail-oriented, deadline-driven environments and desire to contribute directly to client success through meticulous loan preparation and regulatory adherence. This position demands hands-on involvement in assembling complex loan transactions, from initial review to final closing documentation. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with loan officers and internal teams to streamline loan processing and ensure compliance with federal regulations such as TRID and Regulation Z.
As a key member of the loan documentation team, the candidate will manage multiple high-value loan files simultaneously, review approval documents, title commitments, and other critical paperwork to verify all loan requirements are met. Attention to documentation detail and the ability to identify and resolve gaps prior to closing are critical. This role offers significant exposure to loan documentation practices and compliance requirements, making it a valuable career step for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in mortgage processing and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will possess robust organizational and communication skills, critical thinking aptitude, and proficiency in loan documentation systems, with a preference for those familiar with LaserPro software.
Employment type details and salary information are not explicitly provided but this role typically aligns with full-time, professional employment within the financial services sector. Benefits and opportunities for career advancement are part of the supportive work culture designed to retain top talent and promote employee success within the company. Candidates interested in contributing to a high-performing team dedicated to client satisfaction and regulatory excellence will find this position rewarding and challenging.
