This role as a waiter/waitress at Providence Hospitality offers the chance to be a vital part of an exciting and forward-thinking hospitality team. The waiter/waitress is crucial to delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and attentive dining experience. This job requires excellent multitasking skills, as the successful candidate will handle multiple food and beverage orders, deliver items promptly, and assist guests with menu recommendations. The position demands a friendly and positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, as well as the capability to process cash and credit card transactions responsibly.

Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, seating them, and helping them navigate the menu with insightful recommendations. The waiter/waitress should be proactive in upselling additional products when appropriate and vigilant in checking IDs to prevent underage alcohol sales. Using various order-taking methods, such as software or memorization, the candidate will communicate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining table cleanliness and overall restaurant appearance while providing an attentive and courteous atmosphere.

Providence Hospitality offers both full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules, including 8 to 10 hour shifts. Compensation ranges from $200 to $500 per day, supplemented by tips, commission pay, signing bonuses, and bonus pay.
