We are currently seeking dedicated Restaurant Shift Managers for morning shifts, welcoming applicants who are 18 years and older. This role offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with ample opportunities for professional advancement. The position involves overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service every time they visit. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will provide leadership and support to Crew Members and fellow Managers to achieve outstanding standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will play a critical role in supervising food safety procedures, managing inventory, monitoring safety and security, and fostering a high-performance culture among team members.

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work morning shifts and manage a team
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
  • Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, too
  • Achieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals
  • Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
  • Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shift
  • Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
  • Training new team members on critical job functions
