The Server position at the Hilton Garden Inn is vital to maintaining the high standards for which Blue Flame Management is known. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your responsibilities will include engaging with guests verbally to foster a friendly environment, presenting menus clearly, taking and accurately relaying orders to both the service bar and kitchen, and preparing drinks that meet the hotel's rigorous standards. You will also be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly to guests, closely observing their needs, and responding swiftly to any additional requests. In some cases, your duties may extend to serving as a Breakfast Attendant, which requires early morning availability and attention to detail.

An important aspect of the role involves verifying guests' identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol consumption. This vigilance helps maintain a safe and lawful environment within the hotel’s dining areas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and valid certifications such as a Food Safety Handler Certificate and a Liquor Permit, both of which underline the candidate’s knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
