Morning Server - Assisted Living

Friendship Village is currently seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our assisted living culinary team as a Server. This part-time position is scheduled for morning shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate your personal needs. The role comes with a competitive starting pay of $15.00 per hour, plus additional benefits and incentives, including access to DailyPay for same-day payment, holiday perks such as birthday celebrations, and extra incentives for evening and weekend shifts. Importantly, this position does not require late-night hours, making it ideal for those who prefer daytime work.

As a Server on our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience of our residents. Your responsibilities will include setting tables and maintaining workstations in proper order, taking orders, and providing attentive table service. You will deliver requested items respectfully and graciously, ensuring every meal experience is pleasant and meets the high standards expected at Friendship Village. Additionally, clearing dishes efficiently during and after meal service will be a key part of your duties. The ability to engage warmly with seniors, understand their requests, and assist with any questions about menu options will be essential in making each dining experience a delight.
