We are currently seeking a Morning Retail Baker to join our Fresh Baguette Alexandria location at 1101 King St, Alexandria, VA. This hourly position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role blends baking fresh artisanal breads and pastries with customer service duties, including handling transactions, making recommendations, and serving as a barista during morning hours. Shifts begin at 4:40 AM, with baking duties early in the morning followed by barista responsibilities until noon. This position demands flexibility as some shifts will occur at our McLean location.
