Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and provide attentive personalized service
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation standards
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items specials and beverage offerings
  • Upsell menu items and promote featured offerings
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Follow all food safety sanitation and alcohol service guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
