- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive personalized service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items specials and beverage offerings
- Upsell menu items and promote featured offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all food safety sanitation and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
