Job Requirements
- Must be able to start work at 5am
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Prepare all necessary products for the day ensuring freshness and adherence to McDonald's quality standards
- Bake biscuits cookies pies and McGriddles according to specified recipes and procedures
- Pull and organize buns and other products for thawing for the next day's use
- Wash and sanitize all breakfast equipment at the end of the breakfast shift to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as set by McDonald's policies and local health regulations
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient morning shift
