Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Able to handle a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting
Strong communication skills including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus but not required
A background in food service or hospitality is advantageous for understanding guest needs and expectations
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Friendly and organized with excellent multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service
Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed
Assist guests with inquiries or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Support food service operations by helping with menu explanations and accommodating special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area
Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and address any issues promptly
