Based in Philadelphia, PA, Planned Companies specializes in managing residential properties while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. The company understands that a positive tenant experience is essential not only for maintaining property standards but also for building strong community relationships within residential buildings. This approach elevates the everyday experiences of residents, guests, and vendors by combining excellent customer service with effective property management practices.

The role of an Overnight Concierge at Planned Companies is a part-time position designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic customer service environments and enjoy ensuring that every interaction contributes to a welcoming and smoothly functioning property. The position operates primarily on Thursday and Friday shifts from 11am to 7pm in Philadelphia, PA, offering a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. This role requires a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable professional who can maintain a polished and efficient front desk presence while managing a variety of responsibilities.

As an Overnight Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, providing warm greetings, clear directions, and personalized assistance. Your ability to recognize and adapt to the unique needs and preferences of tenants will be critical. Beyond traditional concierge duties, you will be instrumental in enhancing tenant satisfaction by scheduling reservations for dining, entertainment, and other services, organizing on-site events, and offering recommendations for local attractions and amenities. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as managing mail and vendor deliveries, maintaining security protocols by controlling access keys and cards, answering telephone inquiries, and monitoring the lobby area.

This role emphasizes strong communication skills, local knowledge, and a genuine passion for customer service. The ideal candidate has at least three years of customer service experience and is confident in multitasking while managing time efficiently. Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds is also required. Planned Companies encourages personal growth and offers benefits including eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits for full-time employees alongside a 401K plan with employer matching for all employees.

Working as an Overnight Concierge at Planned Companies means joining an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace free from discrimination. The company values diversity and ensures that all employees receive fair treatment and equal employment opportunities regardless of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to be a vital part of a team committed to enhancing residential living through exceptional service. Serving as a liaison between tenants and the community, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive atmosphere and facilitating seamless property operations. If you have the desire to be part of a team that values warm communication, proactive problem solving, and community engagement, this Overnight Concierge position at Planned Companies provides an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a rewarding setting.
