The position is a part-time weekday role, operating Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., totaling approximately 36 hours per week. Morning Baristas & Caf Servers handle a broad range of responsibilities from preparing specialty coffee and espresso drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, matcha drinks, teas, and seasonal specialty beverages to operating a La Marzocco espresso machine with precision and consistency in quality. They are instrumental in delivering guest service excellence by taking orders, processing payments, and assisting customers with their selections from the bakery and caf offerings.

Success in this role demands the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain composure during busy service periods while upholding a clean, organized, and fully stocked service environment. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards is a non-negotiable aspect of the job, along with collaborating smoothly with kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additional duties include assisting with daily opening tasks such as prep work, restocking, light cleaning, and occasionally supporting caf events or expanded service offerings.
