Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, matcha drinks, teas, and seasonal specialty beverages
- Operate and maintain a La Marzocco espresso machine with consistency and attention to quality
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
- Take orders, process payments, and assist guests with bakery and caf\u00e9 selections
- Multitask efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy and composure
- Keep the coffee station, bakery displays, dining room, and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening duties, daily prep, restocking, and light cleaning tasks
- Work collaboratively with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Assist with beverage service and support caf\u00e9 events or expanded service offerings as needed
