Job Requirements

Must have strong customer service skills
Enjoy drinking coffee or tea
Food service experience preferred but not required
Must be available openings as early as 5:30am and afternoons
Loves to laugh and work in a positive environment
Must be available at least 15 hours per a week and at least 2 shifts on the weekend
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs
Previous experience with cash handling and register systems
Passionate about giving upbeat, friendly, and authentic customer service

Job Duties

Ensure coffee, tea, and espresso drinks are correctly and efficiently prepared to Sweetwaters standards
Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service
Execute accurate and proper cash handling procedures
Ensure the café is clean, organized, and inviting at all times
Maintain and communicate knowledge of the coffee, teas, and other products offered at Sweetwaters
