AVI Foodsystems is currently seeking an energetic and optimistic individual to join their team as a full-time Barista. This role involves working from 5:45 am to 2:15 pm and requires a person who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm. The Barista position is essential as the front line of customer interaction, responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing a variety of hot and chilled beverages, and ensuring that each guest receives a high standard of service.

In this role, the Barista will be adept at creating coffee-based drinks such as cappuccinos, espressos, lattes, and teas, as well as other fruit-blended beverages. Precision and attention to detail are critical, both in drink preparation and in handling transactions accurately. The Barista must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the entire menu to effectively assist customers and make recommendations when appropriate. Cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace are also crucial duties to maintain health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service settings and must be able to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills and basic math capabilities are necessary to process payments and interact with customers smoothly.
