We are currently seeking a full-time Morning Baker to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity enhanced by competitive pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour, with shifts starting as early as 1 AM or 2 AM for eight-hour durations. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about baking who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where precision and quality are paramount.

The Morning Baker will be responsible for executing daily and weekly wholesale orders by preparing ingredients, assembling products, and following established recipes and procedures rigorously. This role involves working closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure production goals are met efficiently and that all baked goods reach Too Sweet Cakes’ high standards. The baker must maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace and comply with food safety and health regulations at all times. Familiarity with operating baking equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters, and ovens is essential to ensure production is accurate and safe.

This position demands a high level of attention to detail to monitor product quality and adjust processes when necessary.
