Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance
- Help build a culture of warmth belonging growth and trust
- Support managers and team members as needed
- Learn and perform various positions such as cashier baking drive-thru salad and sandwich making barista dishwashing and dining room cleanliness
- Serve as the friendly face of Panera welcoming customers taking orders ensuring a great experience and sending them off with a smile
- Assemble menu items quickly correctly and consistently ensuring quality
- Commit to and maintain health and food safety standards
