Job Requirements
- Ability to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Possess physical strength and stamina to perform technical duties
- Capable of moving in confined spaces and uneven areas
- Full range of motion consistent with age
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders
- Adequate hearing to respond to voice commands, alarms, and job-related noises
- Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination to work safely at heights and on uneven surfaces
- Must wear safety/steel toe shoes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Welding skills
- Technical school training is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Perform maintenance, fabrication, welding, installation, and repair of tire manufacturing equipment and components
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to improve maintenance processes
- Operate and maintain mobile powered equipment including aerial lifts, forklifts, and cranes
- Adhere to safety protocols including wearing steel toe shoes and working in confined or elevated spaces
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
