Job Requirements
- Grade school education is preferred
- Minimum six months of experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or Food Runner in a resort or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and comprehend written English
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push or move carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
- Must obtain and maintain all required local or state certifications such as alcohol service permits
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of table settings, food service flow, and dining room etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand guest needs and follow service direction
- Ability to read and comprehend written English, including safety and sanitation notices
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced dining environment
- Ability to push or move carts weighing up to 200 lbs.

Job Duties
- Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any service needs
- Assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests throughout the dining experience
- Support table touches such as refilling water, resetting place settings between courses, and removing unnecessary items
- Pre-bus and clear tables efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and polished dining room
- Reset tables quickly and accurately according to service standards
- Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them safely to the dishwashing area
- Wipe down tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service stations, including side stands, expo areas, and server alleys
- Stock and replenish silverware, linens, glassware, plates, and condiments throughout service
- Refill and maintain condiments and service items to ensure readiness at all times
- Assist with greeting guests and seating support as needed
- Respond promptly to spills, guest needs, and service recovery situations
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume and peak service periods
- Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing side work
- Attend required meetings and training
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall service excellence
