Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of table settings food service flow and dining room etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand guest needs and follow service direction
- Ability to read and comprehend written English including safety and sanitation notices
- Ability to lift carry and transport up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced dining environment
- Ability to push or move carts weighing up to 200 lbs
- Grade school education is preferred
- Minimum six months of experience as a Server Assistant Busser or Food Runner in a resort or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required local or state certifications such as alcohol service permits
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred

Job Duties
- Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately ensuring proper presentation temperature and seat positioning
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any service needs
- Assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests throughout the dining experience
- Support table touches such as refilling water resetting place settings between courses and removing unnecessary items
- Pre-bus and clear tables efficiently while maintaining a clean organized and polished dining room
- Reset tables quickly and accurately according to service standards
- Remove soiled dishes glassware and utensils and transport them safely to the dishwashing area
- Wipe down tables chairs booths and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service stations including side stands expo areas and server alleys
- Stock and replenish silverware linens glassware plates and condiments throughout service
- Refill and maintain condiments and service items to ensure readiness at all times
- Assist with greeting guests and seating support as needed
- Respond promptly to spills guest needs and service recovery situations
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume and peak service periods
- Complete all assigned opening running and closing side work
- Attend required meetings and training
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall service excellence
