The Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator role at Operation Blessing is a critical position designed to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of outcome and impact-focused monitoring and evaluation systems across OB’s international programs. This role will involve working remotely but requires a U.S.-based candidate, with potential international travel of up to 40% of the year. The coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing technical guidance to project teams and leadership, facilitating well-informed program design, indicator development, data collection and analysis, and comprehensive reporting. This position also coordinates and contributes to evidence-based decision-making processes, ensuring that OB’s programs are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to influence programs that span multiple sectors, including international development, humanitarian assistance, and public health. The role demands not only technical expertise in advanced data analysis, statistical software, and GIS mapping tools but also strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct trainings, workshops, and presentations.
