Operation Blessing (OB) is a well-established non-profit humanitarian organization committed to extending a helping hand in Christ's name to meet both physical and spiritual needs across the globe. Operating through various core programs such as hunger relief, medical care, clean water initiatives, and disaster relief, OB has a proven track record of delivering strategic, impactful aid to communities in need. The organization works internationally, focusing on regions including Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Asia, making a significant difference in many vulnerable populations' lives. OB’s mission is rooted in Christian values, emphasizing compassion, integrity, and service to others. This foundation shapes every aspect of their operations and relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and staff. The organization prides itself on maintaining a professional and enriching working environment where employees are encouraged to grow, contribute meaningfully, and engage in challenging humanitarian work with purpose and dedication.

The coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing technical guidance to project teams and leadership, facilitating well-informed program design, indicator development, data collection and analysis, and comprehensive reporting. This position also coordinates and contributes to evidence-based decision-making processes, ensuring that OB’s programs are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to influence programs that span multiple sectors, including international development, humanitarian assistance, and public health. The role demands not only technical expertise in advanced data analysis, statistical software, and GIS mapping tools but also strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct trainings, workshops, and presentations. Deep knowledge of working in cross-cultural environments is essential, as the coordinator will collaborate with diverse teams and partners worldwide. This position calls for a self-motivated professional capable of independent work and collaborative teamwork, committed to operational excellence and the application of Biblical principles in line with OB’s Christian mission.

Operation Blessing offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare for full-time employees, emphasizing the organization's commitment to employee well-being and job satisfaction. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about international development and monitoring and evaluation, who want to make a tangible difference with a reputable Christian humanitarian organization.
