Job Description

Monday Night Brewing is a prestigious and award-winning craft brewery headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Established over fourteen years ago, this brewery has steadily grown into a respected name in the craft beer industry, distributing its wide array of beers across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and beyond. The company operates multiple taprooms and brewpubs including two prominent taprooms in Atlanta, a brewpub in Birmingham, Alabama, and full-service taprooms in Nashville, Tennessee, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Knoxville, Tennessee. Monday Night Brewing is renowned for its diverse portfolio of beers which ranges from innovative small batch New England IPAs and robust barrel-aged stouts, to approachable kettle sours, mixed culture ambers, and hop-forward West Coast IPAs. This variety displays their commitment to quality, creativity, and serving beer enthusiasts with distinctive and flavorful experiences.

Monday Night Brewing is currently seeking part-time Bartenders to join their expanding team at the Monday Night Garage located in the West End Historic District. The bartenders will be responsible for delivering excellent hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences within the taproom environment. The role demands a deep enthusiasm for craft beer, cocktails, and food, particularly pizza, as well as a strong knowledge of alcohol service laws to ensure compliance. Bartenders will act as ambassadors of the brand, fostering loyalty through outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. Working closely with management and other team members, bartenders will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the taproom, from serving beers and cocktails to handling merchandise and packaged beer sales. They are expected to be adaptable team players who contribute to a positive work environment.

This part-time position offers a competitive wage starting at $2.13 hourly plus tips, with Monday Night Brewing guaranteeing wages up to $15 per hour if tips do not meet that threshold. Employees receive multiple exclusive benefits such as unlimited draft beverages during non-working hours for themselves and a guest, access to teletherapy and telemedicine via the HealthJoy app, discounts on food, merchandise, and package sales, and a warm company culture often described as “free beer and friendship.”

Monday Night Brewing has an esteemed reputation supported by numerous national awards, including multiple Gold and Silver medals at the Great American Beer Fest, high rankings in the U.S. Open Beer Championship, and accolades from Beer Connoisseur magazine. These achievements reflect the brewery’s dedication to excellence and innovation in the craft brewing sector. Working at Monday Night Brewing offers individuals a chance to be part of a dynamic, values-driven company that emphasizes relationships, quality, and community inclusion. The brewery is also an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of employment.

Join Monday Night Brewing as a part-time bartender and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional beer experiences and memorable customer interactions. With opportunities to work in an energetic and physically engaging environment, you will be contributing to one of Atlanta's best places to work while helping spread the joy of craft beer to a vibrant community.
