As a Monarch Lounge Lead Bartender at the Hilton Milwaukee, you will be pivotal in maintaining the hotel's reputation for exceptional guest experiences through your expertise in beverage service and interpersonal skills. This full-time, hourly position offers a starting pay rate of $19.03 per hour with the opportunity to work the 2nd shift. Your role will involve leading the bartending team within the Monarch Lounge, ensuring that guests receive friendly, timely, and attentive beverage and snack service. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of cocktail preparation, beer selections, premium brands, and POS systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions responsibly, supporting overall lounge operations, and adhering to all relevant state and corporate liquor laws and safety standards. This position not only requires technical bartending skills but also customer service excellence, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in both busy and slower-paced environments.
