The company currently offers part-time employment opportunities in multiple areas of the DFW metroplex including Boyd, Justin, Haslet, North Fort Worth, Northlake, Lantana, Ponder, Roanoke, Sanger, Springtown, and Trophy Club. Jobs involve working in person, where associates assist visitors during open house events in beautiful model homes. Employees receive comprehensive in-person training, making prior real estate experience unnecessary. As a Sales Associate or Open House Representative, you will be the face of the new home communities, welcoming guests, providing detailed information about the homes and communities, and answering questions to help potential buyers make informed decisions. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, conducting guided tours of model homes, registering guests, documenting daily activities, and managing inbound calls. Associates are expected to communicate professionally and efficiently, utilizing their personal smartphone devices to access company applications for assignment management.

Job Requirements
- No real estate experience necessary
- agree to use personal smartphone and install company app
- reliable transportation that remains on property
- stand or walk for 20 plus minutes including climbing stairs unassisted
- available for shifts between 9:45 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- cannot be an active Texas licensed real estate professional
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
