As a sales associate for Open House Network, you will be tasked with greeting guests, sharing information about the community, registering visitors, answering phones, and conducting tours of model homes. This position will have you actively walking and engaging with prospective homebuyers in a professional environment, helping them understand the features and benefits of new homes. You will be working in various locations including Corinth, Denton, Justin, New Fairview, North Fort Worth, Northlake, Lantana, Ponder, Roanoke, Sanger, and Trophy Club, all within 20 miles of your home.
Training is provided in person, so no prior real estate experience is necessary. The role demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use a personal smartphone with a company-provided app for assignment management. Proper attire is required including business casual dress codes and adherence to policies regarding tattoos, piercings, perfume, cologne, and tobacco use to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for guests.

Job Requirements
- Be a self-starter
- have reliable transportation
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to climb stairs unassisted
- agree to work at model homes open between 9:45am and 7pm
- agree to use personal smartphone and company app
- no active Texas real estate license
- minimum 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license
