Currently, we are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Model Home Cleaners to join our team. This is a part-time position with work hours typically set between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who are morning-oriented and enjoy working independently. The pay starts from $20.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on quality work and dedication. Equipment necessary for the cleaning tasks is provided, and comprehensive hands-on training is offered on-site by experienced field managers to help new hires succeed in their roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within model homes and sales offices by following structured cleaning routines. Typical duties will include vacuuming and mopping various types of flooring such as hardwood, tile, and laminate; dusting furniture, décor, and other surfaces; emptying trash bins and replacing liners; polishing countertops, appliances, and fixtures; cleaning desks and office areas; sanitizing and maintaining bathrooms; and caring for cleaning equipment. Additional responsibilities include changing lightbulbs within reach of a two-step stool and sweeping and maintaining porches, patios, and entryways.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is efficient, and capable of managing tasks autonomously during early morning hours. Being comfortable with physical activities such as lifting up to 25 pounds and using a two-step stool is important for this role. Having reliable transportation to and from job sites is also necessary, as work is conducted at various locations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
