The role available within PENN Entertainment focuses on delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic casino environment. This position is crucial in upholding the company’s reputation for fun, safety, and professionalism. Responsibilities for this role include personalized guest service that recognizes and uses guest names, resolving service issues promptly and efficiently, and actively promoting casino events and programs. As an ambassador of goodwill, the employee will participate actively in customer and public relations functions, including appearing in publicity photos to help represent the brand positively.
A key part of the role involves providing fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to guests, ensuring round times don't exceed 20 minutes and that trays are fully stocked and carried correctly throughout each service round. Equally important is the responsibility of monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervening according to established guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all patrons. The position also involves handling money accurately as per company procedures, maintaining a clean and well-stocked workstation, and collaborating effectively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- know or is able to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients
- available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs (full cocktail tray) for extended periods of time
- able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
- employee could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke

Job Duties
