- 21+ years of age
- ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly for extended periods
- ability to work in noisy, crowded, and smoky environments
- must maintain professional appearance
- ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- previous hospitality experience
- experience in high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge
- knowledge of food and beverage menus
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- stock and restock bar inventories and supplies
- maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar
- assist bartenders and cocktail servers in guest service
- deliver beverage products to service staff
- interact politely and courteously with guests and team members
- comply with health, safety, and company standards
- report inventory shortages and equipment issues to management
