We are currently hiring a Resort Manager for our Jacksonville, Florida location. This is a pivotal role overseeing the daily operations of the resort, where the wellbeing of our pet guests and the satisfaction of their owners are the highest priorities. The Resort Manager will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional customer service, operating compliance, and financial performance. This leadership position requires a hands-on manager capable of multitasking across staffing, training, scheduling, and customer engagement. The role demands mobility, the ability to work onsite five days a week including weekends and holidays, and flexibility with shifting schedules based on business needs. Candidates should be comfortable managing a team of 20 to 30 employees, while maintaining standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

The Resort Manager will actively engage with all levels of the company, communicating with corporate and regional teams as well as partnering with maintenance to address facility needs. They will be responsible for managing labor costs, overseeing inventory control, and leveraging financial reports to maintain profitability. Strong organizational skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment are essential. This role also involves direct customer interaction to address concerns and build loyalty.
