Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- ability to move quickly and for extended periods on foot
- strong attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills
- basic technological proficiency
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- physical mobility to patrol various parking areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service roles
- familiarity with parking rules and regulations preferred
- basic proficiency with handheld ticketing technology
- effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to monitor vehicle compliance with parking rules
- issue parking citations using the T2 mobile enforcement device
- provide customer service by assisting drivers with parking rules and pay station issues
- report incidents such as damaged signage or safety hazards
- manage traffic flow during peak times and events
- perform light maintenance on parking equipment
