Job Duties

  • Patrol assigned areas regularly to monitor vehicle compliance with parking rules
  • issue parking citations using the T2 mobile enforcement device
  • provide customer service by assisting drivers with parking rules and pay station issues
  • report incidents such as damaged signage or safety hazards
  • manage traffic flow during peak times and events
  • perform light maintenance on parking equipment
