Job Description

Capsule is a pioneering pharmacy that is reshaping the way medications are delivered across the United States. Unlike traditional pharmacies, Capsule combines cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service to provide a smarter, friendlier, and faster experience. With a national presence and over $500 million raised from leading healthcare and technology investors, Capsule is at the forefront of transforming pharmacy services. Their commitment to excellence is reflected not only in their innovative approach to same-day, free delivery of medications but also in their vibrant company culture. Employees at Capsule thrive when they prioritize customer satisfaction, embrace ambitious goals, and work collaboratively to push their limits and those of their teammates.

The Mobile Logistics Associate (MLA) role is an essential part of Capsule's logistics team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that connect the pharmacy with their delivery vehicles on the road. This position demands strong communication skills and quick problem-solving abilities to support couriers and sustain effective routes, guaranteeing medication is delivered to customers quickly and reliably. MLAs are responsible for distributing delivery routes to couriers, maintaining clear communication with the dispatch team, and addressing any delivery challenges that arise. They are also safety champions who ensure all vehicles are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) and that safety protocols are strictly followed.

In this role, MLAs actively mitigate delivery disruptions by stepping in to assist with deliveries when necessary while maintaining a strong customer-first mentality. They analyze daily key performance indicators to identify operational improvements and contribute insights for leadership decisions. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic work environment that involves multitasking and real-time problem-solving. Working hours include evenings and weekends, aligning with Capsule’s commitment to prompt medication delivery.

Capsule values growth and development within the company, offering career advancement opportunities for motivated team members. Many current managers began their journey as Mobile Logistics Associates or Couriers, underscoring the potential for upward mobility. Working at Capsule also means joining a diverse and inclusive workforce that welcomes a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives, fostering a workplace where innovation and respect go hand in hand. Moreover, this role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $20, combined with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as commuter benefits and paid time off to enhance work-life balance.

By joining Capsule as a Mobile Logistics Associate, you become part of a high-impact mission to build a pharmacy that works for everyone within a $425 billion industry that impacts 70% of Americans monthly. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to contribute to a healthcare revolution that prioritizes convenience, safety, and customer satisfaction while working alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare and technology.
