Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license including a minimum of last 365 days clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience driving within a metropolitan area
- commercial license preferred
- proven track record of promoting and adhering to safety compliance standards
- ability to safely drive for extended periods up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to safely lift items weighing upwards of 25 pounds
- strong time management and problem solving skills including handling urgent matters autonomously while maintaining safety and customer-first mentality
- availability to work within expected schedules Monday-Friday 4:45 pm to 10:30 pm or Saturday-Sunday 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
- prior experience in logistics or courier services is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with 2+ years of experience driving in a metropolitan area
- proven track record of promoting and adhering to safety compliance standards
- strong time management and problem solving skills
- ability to drive safely for up to 10 hours per shift
- able to lift items weighing 25 pounds or more
- prior experience in logistics, courier services, or similar roles is a plus
- availability to work scheduled shifts Monday-Friday 4:45 pm to 10:30 pm or Saturday-Sunday 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
Job Duties
- Distribute routes to couriers
- maintain clear communication with dispatch
- resolve issues collaboratively with couriers and leads
- act as a safety champion ensuring hub vehicles are stocked with PPE
- report PPE distribution and address unsafe conditions
- mitigate delivery disruptions ensuring on-time delivery
- proactively identify and resolve real-time challenges
- analyze daily KPI metrics
- recommend operational improvements to leadership
- build in-depth knowledge of logistics procedures
- uphold company policies
- continuously improve delivery practices through collaboration and real-time experience
