Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property
  • inform guests about amenities, services, and operating hours
  • identify and explain room features such as key card usage and minibar operation
  • transport luggage to and from rooms and designated areas
  • assist with storing and retrieving luggage
  • help guests and visitors enter and exit vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
  • arrange transportation services such as taxis and shuttle buses as requested
  • communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • protect guest privacy and company property
  • support coworkers with dignity and respect
  • contribute to team goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, and place objects under 50 pounds independently
  • assist with heavier items over 75 pounds
  • stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts
  • move at required speeds to respond to work situations
  • read and verify information visually
  • perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, twisting, and climbing
  • remain alert for potential security concerns
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
