Job Description

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is a leading national telecommunications company known as the Un-carrier, which has revolutionized the wireless industry by focusing on consumer satisfaction, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. As a dynamic and innovative company, T-Mobile is committed to the growth and well-being of its employees, investing heavily in total rewards and career development. The company offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive base salaries, annual stock grants, employee stock purchase plans, and 401(k) options, along with free year-round financial coaching. This total rewards package reflects T-Mobile's commitment to treating employees with the same care and respect given to customers, fostering a culture of support, inclusivity, and ongoing personal and professional growth.

T-Mobile is currently seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store (SiS), to join its retail team. These associates serve as vital brand ambassadors within national sales partner locations, where they actively engage customers and create excitement for T-Mobile's cutting-edge products and services. Mobile Associates SiS work in high-traffic retail environments that are fast-paced and ever-evolving due to technological advances and customer needs. Their role requires an obsession with the connected world and a passion for educating customers about T-Mobile’s wireless solutions. Mobile Associates excel at building strong customer relationships by identifying individual needs, recommending suitable products, and demonstrating the value of T-Mobile’s offerings.

This role emphasizes doing business the right way by focusing on excellent sales performance while ensuring customers receive exceptional experiences and meet quality of sale standards. Employees in this position undergo on-the-job training, including receiving additional hourly pay during their initial 90 days. After training, they may advance to the Mobile Expert position, unlocking performance-based incentives that can significantly increase earnings. At T-Mobile, all employees are guaranteed an inclusive hourly wage that combines base pay and incentives. Continuous learning and skills improvement are encouraged to help associates remain customer-ready and maintain expert product knowledge.

Mobile Associates are expected to leverage digital self-serve tools to assist customers and enhance the onboarding experience. They manage store operations like opening and closing procedures and are entrusted with asset security responsibilities. The position demands someone who is friendly, passionate, and committed to building rapport and loyalty through seamless communication and exceptional customer service. This is a no-travel position that requires associates to be legally authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.

The T-Mobile culture encourages career growth, providing employees with a jungle gym of opportunities rather than a traditional corporate ladder. T-Mobile fosters an environment where team members can continuously grow, thrive, and shape the future of wireless technology. Their benefits reflect their spirit of One Team, Together, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, parental leave, childcare support, tuition assistance, and various voluntary insurance plans. The company also offers discounts on mobile service and home internet, commuter benefits, and pet insurance, making it a highly attractive employer in the telecommunications sector.

Joining T-Mobile means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive workforce where discrimination is not tolerated, and accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. This position is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology, customer service, and sales, eager to grow their career in a supportive and forward-thinking company.
