This job opening is for the position of Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, an essential role within T-Mobile's Retail Team. The position is fully committed to doing business “the Right Way” by exceeding performance targets through sales excellence, exceptional customer service, and adherence to quality sale metrics. Mobile Associates use digital tools extensively to enhance the customer journey, employing solution-based selling techniques and ensuring customers understand how to utilize T-Mobile’s app for self-service. Training is provided during the initial 90 days, which includes an hourly base pay of $19.50 plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. After training, employees progress to the Mobile Expert role, becoming eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 or more depending on performance and full-time status. Overall, all employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, paired with eligibility for an annual stock grant.

T-Mobile promotes a customer-obsessed culture where employees engage customers with passion, friendliness, and personalized attention. They are entrusted with responsibilities ranging from operational duties like securing kiosks and assets to building relationships with nearby leadership teams to support account setup and device servicing. The company’s flexible benefit offerings cater to a diverse workforce, covering medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, disability coverage, and even additional perks like pet insurance and commuter programs.

Overall, this role is ideal for individuals who are keen on expanding their careers in retail sales and customer service with a leading telecommunications company known for innovation, growth opportunities, and a supportive workplace environment.
