The role of Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile is a vital position within the Retail Team focused on energizing and enhancing the customer experience at partner retail locations. Mobile Associates serve as the brand ambassadors who actively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, promoting T-Mobile's cutting-edge technology and wireless solutions. This position requires individuals who are passionate about technology and can effectively communicate the benefits of T-Mobile products to a diverse customer base.

Mobile Associates excel in building and nurturing meaningful relationships with customers by identifying their specific needs and demonstrating how T-Mobile's products and services can provide value. Candidates in this role use digital tools throughout the sales and onboarding process to educate customers and encourage self-service through the T-Mobile app. This helps customers become more empowered and satisfied with their wireless solutions. The position emphasizes consultative selling, exceptional customer service, and meeting quality of sale metrics to exceed performance targets.

The employment type for this position is hourly with a base pay of $19.50 per hour plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Upon completion of the training period, Mobile Associates have opportunities for career advancement by promoting to the Mobile Expert role, which includes an annualized incentive target of $18,000, although actual incentives vary by performance and employment status. All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20 per hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Furthermore, every T-Mobile employee is eligible for the company’s annual stock grant, reflecting their commitment to employee ownership and wealth-building.
