Compensation for the Mobile Associate role includes an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour in training pay during the initial 90 days. After training, employees promote to the Mobile Expert role, becoming eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, contingent upon performance and full-time status. This guarantees a minimum total earning potential of $20 per hour inclusive of incentives.
