Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience in restaurant or bar setting
- Bartending and craft cocktail skills required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Certification for alcohol service required
- Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Teamwork and collaboration capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar-forward setting preferred
- Bartending and craft cocktail experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills focused on creating memorable experiences
- Knowledge of cocktail and beverage service advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong guest satisfaction focus
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and payments
- Team player with collaboration skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess valid alcohol service certification
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS certification
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide menus, explain specials or promotions
- Follow recipe guidelines and criteria for making cocktails
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests or dietary restrictions
- Enter orders into POS system and communicate with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages following proper techniques and presentation standards
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Monitor and refill beverages, clear and reset tables
- Process guest payments including cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for coordinated service
- Maintain clean and organized work environment following health and safety guidelines
- Assist with cleaning and side work duties as assigned
