We are currently seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Mixologists / Bartenders to join our team at the Pembroke Pines, FL location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests in a responsible and friendly manner. The Mixologist / Bartender will be responsible for receiving drink orders, mixing drinks according to company standards, serving beverages responsibly, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service regulations. This role not only involves drink preparation but also includes taking orders, maintaining inventory, processing payments accurately through the point of sale system, and keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked. You will be required to perform various opening and closing duties, contribute to sales and inventory reports, and help maintain a positive dining atmosphere by engaging with guests professionally.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to stand for long periods
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred
Knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Understanding of alcohol service laws and policies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Receive drink orders from guests or servers
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to laws and company alcohol service policies
Enter drink and/or food orders into POS terminal and collect payment from guests
Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
