Currently, Dave & Buster's - Sevierville is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Mixologists/Bartenders to join their team. These positions are available both full time and part time, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused settings and have a passion for mixology. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring responsible service practices, and delivering a superior guest experience at all times. This role plays a critical part in the overall guest satisfaction by combining speed, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor while managing bar operations.

In this role, you will mix and serve drinks including cocktails, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer. You will be expected to check guests’ identification carefully, abiding by all legal requirements and company policies regarding alcohol service. Accurate order entry into the point of sale terminal and efficient handling of payments are essential components of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing sales and inventory reports, maintaining proper stock levels by ordering and replenishing supplies, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. The position also requires performing assigned opening, closing, and side work duties to ensure the bar operates smoothly from start to finish.
