We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Mixologists/Bartenders to join our team at Applebee's - Millbury. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time employment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic food and beverage environment. As a Mixologist/Bartender, your primary responsibility will be to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests responsibly, while maintaining excellent guest service at all times. The position requires a keen attention to detail, adherence to legal and company protocols regarding alcohol service, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience for guests at the bar.

The role involves taking drink orders from guests or servers, mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer, and ensuring all beverages are served responsibly. You will also be responsible for entering orders into the POS terminal accurately, processing payments, and assisting with sales and inventory reports to keep the bar stocked appropriately. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar equipment and stock supplies is essential, along with performing opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about mixology, customer service, and contributing to a team-oriented, fast-paced restaurant environment.
