Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
- Previous food and beverage service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to ethical work standards
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Knowledge of various cocktails and wine varietals
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use bar tools such as POS systems and wine openers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness preferred
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to ethical work standards
- Knowledge of basic bar and wine service
- Ability to properly open a bottle of wine with a wine tool
Job Duties
- Maintain beverage control and ensure accurate pouring and serving of products
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Deliver high standards of service outlined in Food & Beverage service training
- Greet members promptly and provide personalized experiences
- Prepare the bar area for service including setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice
- Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
