Key responsibilities include managing the setup and operation of mobile bars, maintaining inventory and organization of bar supplies, preparing garnishes, syrups, tinctures, and beverage batches for service, and executing closing and cleaning duties to ensure an immaculate service environment. Excellent grooming and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently in a team-focused atmosphere. This role demands physical stamina since it involves standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds for shifts typically lasting between 6 to 8 hours.
