Recognized for their passion for authentic experiences and commitment to thoughtful innovation, Infuse is actively redefining how hospitality enhances the places where people work, gather, and connect, with dining locations nationwide. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive team culture that values professionalism, learning, and growth, making it an ideal workplace for hospitality professionals eager to advance their careers in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment.
The Mixologist / Barista Floater role is designed for hospitality professionals who thrive on flexibility, variety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in diverse environments. This position involves providing coverage across numerous client locations throughout the Chicagoland area, including cafes, bars, hospitality venues, and special events. The Floater role calls for adaptability and confidence, as the employee must step into a range of settings and uphold Infuse Hospitality's high standards of service. Whether setting up coffee and bar stations or serving a wide array of beverages—from high-quality espresso-based drinks to handcrafted cocktails—the Mixologist / Barista Floater is entrusted with ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, operating point-of-sale systems accurately, and maintaining clean and organized workstations. Additionally, you must adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, demonstrating a deep commitment to quality and compliance. The opportunity provides exposure to multiple hospitality concepts and client environments, which is ideal for professionals who enjoy learning and growing through diverse assignments. Flexible scheduling supports a healthy work-life balance, and there are opportunities for long-term or permanent placement for those who demonstrate exceptional skill and dedication. This role offers a unique path to develop on-site leadership capabilities while contributing to a culture that accelerates growth and professional development within the hospitality sector.
