The role demands patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for hospitality, as well as the ability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hotel prides itself on fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility and seeks candidates who resonate with these values and are ready to contribute their unique perspectives to the team. Compensation is competitive, supported by comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, on-demand pay, and matching 401k plans after one year of service.
