We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Bar Lead Mixologist to join our team as a key leader behind the bar. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to elevate our beverage program and showcase your creativity and leadership skills within a friendly and professional setting. The Bar Lead Mixologist will oversee daily bar operations, craft a diverse range of cocktails, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain financial integrity through proper cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Toast POS, and maintain a clean and organized bar area consistently in line with health regulations. This position requires excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and strong communication skills to train and inspire staff effectively. Job Requirements

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong focus on food industry standards
demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
proficiency in POS systems such as Toast
familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests
knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during high-volume periods
strong communication skills and the ability to train others effectively
experience working in hospitality environments that require serving alcohol responsibly while ensuring guest safety
basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management
previous experience in retail math or food handling is advantageous
certifications related to food safety are preferred

Job Duties

Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere
craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines with precision and flair
manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Toast POS
ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices
oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, and accurate POS transactions to ensure financial integrity
train staff on beverage preparation techniques, customer service standards, and safety protocols
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations
assist with catering events, banquets, nightclub functions, or other special occasions requiring bar services
utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
