We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team full-time at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. This non-management position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14.53 and is tip eligible, recognizing the essential role bartenders play in enhancing our guests’ experiences. Our bartenders are more than just beverage enthusiasts; they are hosts of the space, curators of memorable moments, and ambassadors of the brand. As a bartender at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland, you will be responsible for maintaining a flawlessly functioning bar, building strong relationships across departments and with guests, and contributing to the overall guest service experience. Attention to detail is critical, whether it’s managing transactions, delivering accurate information, or preparing high-quality drinks. Our team members engage actively in their work, often standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods, and handling physical tasks such as lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds. Job Requirements
