Job Duties
- Verify guests' ages by checking IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and specifications
- Accurately process all payment transactions using the Point-of-Sale system and ensure proper cash handling
- Engage with guests to promote drink specials and recommendations
- Balance daily inventories against cash receipts for the bar
- Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Assist with additional responsibilities as designated by management, which may include restocking inventory and helping team members in other areas
- Work towards increasing sales by attracting new guests while retaining existing clientele
