Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Bartending experience is a plus
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol or as per local regulations
Completion of required training and alcohol certification such as ServSafe within the first 60 days of employment
Comply with appearance standards set by Logan's Roadhouse

Job Duties

Verify guests' ages by checking IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and specifications
Accurately process all payment transactions using the Point-of-Sale system and ensure proper cash handling
Engage with guests to promote drink specials and recommendations
Balance daily inventories against cash receipts for the bar
Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and ensuring all supplies are stocked
Assist with additional responsibilities as designated by management, which may include restocking inventory and helping team members in other areas
Work towards increasing sales by attracting new guests while retaining existing clientele
