This role is not only about drink preparation but also about creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat patronage.

In this role, the Mixologist is responsible for maintaining the bar’s cleanliness and organization, managing inventory effectively to prevent shortages and waste, and complying with all safety and legal guidelines regarding alcohol service. This position offers competitive wages starting at $16.50 per hour plus tips, with no tip pooling, enabling the individual to directly benefit from their excellent service. The opportunity extends to a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and Marriott travel perks, reflecting the company’s dedication to employee well-being and professional growth. Working hours are flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the hotel.
