Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Capability to stand or walk for 2-8 hours on any given day
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Regularly reaching, feeling, bending, stooping, and fine manipulation of items is expected
- Must be comfortable working in various temperatures, indoors and outdoors
- Ability to withstand elevated noise levels from music and patrons
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills to foster connections with customers and co-workers
- Exemplify the ethics and positive attitude in alignment with our values and culture
- Adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized
- Hold a valid certification for serving alcohol
Job Duties
- Present the menu, answer questions, and make drink suggestions to enhance guest experiences
- Offer samples of our signature frozen daiquiris and promote other beverage options
- Take drink orders from guests seated at the bar or from servers
- Input orders accurately into the POS system
- Prepare beverages as requested, ensuring high standards of quality
- Slice and garnish fruits for drinks creatively
- Maintain a clean and inviting bar display with organized glassware and plasticware
- Prepare bills, process payments, or guide guests to the appropriate cashier
- Clear and reset the bar following each guest's departure
- Express appreciation to guests and invite them to return for another enjoyable experience
- Occasionally assist as a barback by restocking machines and thoroughly cleaning the bar area
